Group Orders

H Creations Embroidery, LLC can handle your group order needs. We can assist you with the design concept, payment options and shipping. Twelve (12) or more pieces is the general minimum required for group orders. A lower minimum may be considered depending on the garment type and embroidery/printing method. A consultation will be scheduled to discuss the group order specifications. 

 

Things that will be discussed during the consultation include but are not limited to:

  • Garment Type(s)

  • Embroidery/Printing Method

  • Quantity

  • Date Order is Needed by 

  • Order and Payment Method

  • Shipping Options 

 

H Creations can create a custom web page for individuals in your group to get information

about the garment(s), ordering deadline, submit payment and choose shipping options.

***Please note: an administrative fee will be added to each order.    

 

Group orders generally take 2 - 4 weeks to complete, depending on garment type and embroidery/printing method. Once payment is received on or before the order deadline,

supplies will be ordered and production will begin. 

A non-refundable deposit is required for the artwork creation and proof. The proof will have to be approved before group payment is accepted. The deposit will be applied to your final invoice/pricing

for the group order. If the minimum order is not met or the group decides to cancel, the deposit

will not be refunded. Any individual orders submitted will be refunded.
